This lady is touring with Girlfriends and I just heard this track and fell in love...with it...
It's a really interesting mix of drum machine, glorious fuzz guitar and siren vocals. She's got a purple cassette out on Suffering Jukebox called Milo Goes to Compton. The title is a nice Descendents reference.
